Explain the process of making olive oil, from the harvest to the mill. Learn to differentiate between different categories of olive oil. ou will also learn what information to look for on an olive oil label when buying olive oil and the differences between virgin, extra virgin and refined olive oil. Taste olive oil in a glass in a unique family ambience.
